- Spend 5 minutes at bedtime and 5 minutes when you wake up with a hand on your belly and a hand on your chest, drawing your attention to where your breath is coming in. If it isn't coming in low, concentrate on relaxing and stay like this until you feel that breath coming in nice and low. Do this every day.
- Pick any song and see if you can engage your support system at the beginning of every phrase of your song, maintaining the tuck every time you make a sound. Try this every day if you can.
