The Instructor Certification Program is one-of-a-kind training for registrants to learn how to teach The Powell Method and run a successful voice studio as a Certified Powell Method Instructor.
With our new program, registrants will study one-on-one with Founder, Katti Powell for an 18-week period. The program will include 2 months of private voice instruction as a student with Founder, Katti Powell, about 6 weeks on The Powell Method and how to teach all aspects of it, 2 weeks of business and marketing skills, and about a month of the last 8 weeks will also include lesson evaluations, observations, and some student teaching. Following the 18 weeks, registrants will complete an online test and submit a video of a private lesson with a volunteer student. Founder, Katti Powell will meet with registrants who have completed the test and private lesson to go over the results and award certification.

- Three distinct vocal techniques
- Seven separate vocal genres
- Performance & song interpretation
- Vocal health techniques
- Business development skills and how to run a successful studio
- Teaching techniques for challenging students
